Founder, Director
Hané Nienaber obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Management and Law in 2009 and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2011, from the North-West University of Potchefstroom.
Hané graduated with an excellent academic record and achieved noteworthy academic rewards throughout her years of study. She is a Golden Key member and graduated with various distinctions and was inter alia awarded the prestige award for the best Bachelor of Laws Mini-Dissertation in her final year of study in 2011.
Hané completed her articles at Pratt Luyt & De Lange attorneys in Polokwane and was admitted as an attorney on 30 July 2013. She joined the firm Borman Snyman & Barnard Incorporated in Potgietersrus in March 2014 where she practiced as a Professional Assistant for more than 4 years before founding H N Attorneys. Hané was actively involved in the community of Potgietersrus before relocating to Johannesburg where she also strives to make a valuable contribution to the community in her personal and professional capacity.
Hané has extensive practical experience and a broad knowledge of the law. She mainly specializes in Magistrate's and High Court litigation and she has a passion for commercial contracts, family law and especially children's court matters.
